Job Description Key Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in labor and employment law. Strong background in federal and state statutes that affect the employment relationship. Have a strong background in Texas employment litigation and advice and counseling. Significant experience with adversary proceedings, including litigating matters in both state and federal courts. Trial experience preferred. Familiarity with employment manuals and other relevant employment-related documents. Comfort with direct client interaction, including providing legal counseling and advice on employment-related matters. Candidates should be an active member and in good standing of the Texas bar.

Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
