Net Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience with trial preparation and knowledge of litigation. Job duties include but are not limited to: Meet with potential clients Negotiate files with insurance adjusters Secure case evidence / communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters and providers Keep clients informed of case status effectively and professionally Timely review of client files Working knowledge and experience of e-Filing in both State and Federal Court systems. Journal deadlines for responses and monitor for timeliness. Discovery, deposition summaries, legal documents such as pleadings, chronologies, deposition and/or trial binders for use by Attorneys. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
