Case Manager - Path to Growth with Our Firm The Injury Avengers | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX We're a growing personal injury firm in the DFW area, and we're looking for a Case Manager who wants more than just a job. If you're someone who wants to build a real career and grow with a firm long term, this could be a great fit. This position starts in case management, but for the right person, it can turn into a lot more. We're looking for someone who can eventually become a right hand person, helping with all kinds of needs across the firm. If that goes well, there's real potential to move into a management role and help make decisions in the firm. What you'll do: Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through resolution, including car accidents, truck accidents, workplace injuries, and wrongful death cases Stay in regular contact with clients so they always know what's going on with their case Track medical treatment, collect medical records and bills, and follow each client's progress Help prepare demand packages and work with insurance adjusters Support the attorney with case prep and keep files organized and deadlines on track Take on more responsibility as you grow into the role. This job isn't meant to stay the same size forever The growth opportunity: This is what makes the role different. Down the road, that can mean moving into management and having a real say in how things are run. It also means moving from hourly pay into a salaried position with a much higher pay ceiling than where this role starts. None of that happens overnight, and it's earned, not guaranteed. But for the right person, the opportunity here is real. What we're looking for: Case management experience is required Personal injury experience is also required Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Paralegal experience is a plus Very organized, detail oriented, and able to keep track of a lot of moving pieces Good with people. You need to be able to talk to clients who are going through a hard time with patience and care Able to manage your own workload without things slipping through the cracks Comfortable learning new software and systems Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do next Trustworthy with confidential client information
