This role involves cross-functional teamwork, strategic planning, and a strong commitment to the firm's mission of changing people's lives . The Legal Executive serves as the first point of contact for clients , providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every interaction reflects the firm's core value: "Family comes first and we treat our clients like family. We change families' lives." The position is also responsible for maintaining an organized work environment, supporting sales efforts, and helping ensure alignment with performance expectations, the company vision, and continuous improvement.
Task and Responsibilities Client Interaction, Consultations and Conversion:
Conduct detailed client consultations/intakes using approved scripts and gather comprehensive factual information related to the client's situation Offer attorney approved relief to client within 24 hours of initial consultation/intake in a clear and accurate manner Attorney Handoff & Case Preparation Complete and analyze all relevant information to identify and build a complete and accurate case narrative Create organized and accurate/factual case summary for attorney review based on client consultation/intake Provide recommendation for attorney team for review and approve (without diagnosing relief type) within workflow timeline Ensure no case is closed or advanced without attorney involvementTask Management:
Manages consultations schedules effectively and complete assigned tasks promptly Review and complete tasks timely in CRM promptly and ensure all client interactions are properly documented Maintain detailed, accurate and timely notes in CRM in accordance to SOP. Adherence toSOPs:
Follow all Legal Executive SOPs and workflows strictly Participate in call audits, coaching, and performance reviews Implement feedback to improve quality and compliance Ensure that all processes were followed correctly and details on consultations are good according to SOP. Compliance & Role Boundaries Refrain from providing legal advice or eligibility determinations without approval from attorney team Avoid guaranteeing outcomes or suggesting legal relief before attorney approval Clearly explain the firm's process and attorney-led decision model Ensure all communications align with compliance standards Core Values & Work Ethic Committed to the firm's core values and contributing to the business growth.
