Full-Time We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Manager to join our used-car dealership team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with insurance claims, verifying insurance coverage, and working with insurance companies . Responsibilities Verify customer insurance coverage and policy information. Review and process insurance claims and related documentation. Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers. Ensure vehicles and customers have the proper insurance documentation before delivery. Follow up on claims, coverage issues, and outstanding insurance requirements. Maintain accurate insurance records and documentation. Assist the dealership with insurance-related questions and compliance requirements. Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive insurance information. Qualifications Previous experience working with insurance claims is required. Experience verifying insurance coverage and policies . Strong knowledge of insurance procedures and documentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases at once. Automotive dealership or auto-insurance experience is a plus. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
