Representing clients in Removal Defense cases from intake to post-hearing actions.

Duties include:

Case coordination and preparing and representing clients in immigration court, drafting and reviewing briefs and memoranda to be filed with the court, drafting legal memoranda, briefs, motions, documentary evidence submissions, conducting legal research, trial preparation, preparing and practicing testimony with the client and their witnesses, reviewing and analyzing evidence provided by the clients, case preparation, Immigration Court representation for both master and merits hearings, interview appearances at immigration offices, working with clients to draft declarations, drafting immigration forms, preparing clients for immigration interviews, communication with senior associates and partners to ensure cases are handled efficiently, coordinating paralegal and administrative staff, providing legal advice and counsel to clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws.

Requirements:
