• Active license to practice law in Texas, in good standing 3+ years of civil litigation experience; insurance defense experience strongly preferred Experience defending personal injury, premises liability, auto or trucking, construction or general liability claims Hands on with written discovery, depositions, dispositive motions and mediation; trial or second chair experience a plus Strong writer and clear communicator who builds trust with clients, adjusters and colleagues Sound judgment, discretion and the ability to manage an active caseload with increasing independence Team oriented, client focused and motivated by courtroom results A bit about us:•For more than three decades, we have been trusted defense counsel across Texas for insurance carriers, businesses, public entities and licensed professionals.
