prominent Civil Litigation law firm in San Antonio is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-8 years' of exposure to Litigation and Trials with a practice emphasis in Commercial Litigation and Insurance Defense. This mid-sized, full-service law firm has a heavy focus on trial work in Personal Injury, Toxic Torts, Product and Premises Liability, Real Estate and Construction Litigation. Experience in written discovery and depositions, prior court appearances, ability and enthusiasm to help guide clients through case process, exceptional writing skills and strong interpersonal skills are certainly a plus. Job Requirements and Duties:

Minimum 2 years of exposure to litigation/trial Experience in Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, Premises/Product Liability, Real Estate and Construction Litigation, Mediations Taken and defended depositions, attending hearings and trial, drafting discovery responses and motions Trial experience preferred For the determined and motivated individual, this is an excellent opportunity for career development, offering a collegial and collaborative work environment and competitive compensation starting from DOE $130K-$180K DOE, (higher salary considered with senior experience level), bonus structure, full suite benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401K.
