Job Description

Estate Planning, Probate & Elder Law Attorney Location :

Sherman, Texas Growing estate planning, probate, and elder law practice seeks an experienced attorney to join our team.

Available duties include:

Counseling clients and designing estate plans Drafting estate planning and probate documents Analyzing decedents' estates Preparing estate tax returns Handling probate litigation Designing Medicaid qualification plans and assisting with applications Direct client contact

Requirements :

Member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas (or the ability to become admitted in one year) Juris Doctor degree from accredited US law school An LLM or Board Certification as a specialist in tax, estate planning or elder law is helpful but not required The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in estate planning, probate, trust/estate administration or elder law practice Committed to live in Sherman, Texas area
