Southlake, Texas and Broomfield, Colorado $112,000 - $160,000 - Full-time Kerrane Storz, P.C. is hiring a civil litigation attorney who wants to run cases, make decisions, and get results. This is not a role where you will spend years waiting for meaningful responsibility. Our attorneys are expected to take ownership of their cases, exercise judgment, influence strategy, and develop into accomplished litigators and future leaders of the firm. From day one, you will be trusted to think critically, make sound decisions, and take meaningful responsibility for your cases-while working within a collaborative team that is invested in your success. About the Firm Kerrane Storz is a multi-state construction-defect litigation firm that goes head-to-head with developers and contractors in complex, high-value cases. What You'll Do Manage and drive cases from pre-suit investigation through trial or arbitration Develop case strategy and make substantive litigation decisions Argue motions and appear in court and arbitration proceedings Take and defend depositions Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials Draft substantive motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Work directly with clients, experts, and consultants Negotiate settlements and resolve complex disputes Participate in business development and the continued growth of the firm What We're Looking For We are looking for an attorney who: Is competitive and committed to achieving strong results for clients Has excellent legal writing and analytical skills Exercises sound judgment and takes ownership of their work Is comfortable operating in high-stakes, adversarial environments Can communicate complex legal and technical issues clearly Builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues Wants responsibility rather than waiting for it Is professional, ethical, collaborative, and team-oriented
