We handle a variety of cases including divorces, sapcrs, premarital agreements, modifications, CPS cases, adoptions, and related family law matters. Visit us at www.kgkfamilylaw.com. Job Overview We are seeking an Associate Attorney with strong litigation skills and at least five years of family law experience to join our fast-paced practice. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in diverse legal work, including litigation, managing an independent caseload, handling mediations, legal research, and assisting the firm partners. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, and a passion for serving clients in a supportive environment. Salary range is $140,000 to $190,000 depending on experience and years of practice. Duties Manage an independent caseload 1st chair contested hearings Draft and review legal documents including motions, pleadings, orders and discovery requests with precision and clarity Prepare for depositions and trial proceedings by organizing case files and developing effective litigation strategies Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather information, and explain legal options clearly Manage legal case files using case management software to ensure accuracy and timely progression of cases Work with support staff in a team environment Prepare for mediations in advance Mentor support staff Join our team to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives while advancing your legal career. Pay:
$140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
