About Us The Magnolia Law Group is a fast-growing law firm providing high-quality legal services in business litigation and transactional matters. We are committed to excellence, client satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Job Overview We are seeking a full-time Attorney licensed in Texas to join our team. This is a in person role that requires working in-person at our offices in Magnolia, The Woodlands, or Cypress. Remote will be permitted as the work flow allows. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft memoranda Conduct depositions and trials Prepare pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents Manage case files and review documents Provide legal advice and guidance to clients Collaborate with team members to achieve client goals Qualifications Active license to practice law in Texas (Required) Multiple depositions taken and trial experience preferred Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Practicing at least five years in litigation.
