Job Description

Management of full service Restaurant is required. Buffalo Wild Wings is looking for a manager to work full-time in a high energy environment. Buffalo Wild Wings is an International brand that gives our guests a game day destination with sports for every fan, piping hot food, and ice cold beer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure our guests are receiving WOW service everyday Supervise, direct, and hold Team Members accountable to Buffalo Wild Wings service standards and all policies Ensure all food safety procedures and cleanliness are strictly adhered to according to Health Department, Ecosure, and Corporate regulations Work closely with the management team to meet food cost, bar cost, and labor cost goals Implement strategies to increase same store sales growth Maintain safe and vibrant working conditions Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, company property, products, and equipment Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and maintain product orders as necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
Full Services Restaurants experience is needed Must possess an upbeat attitude with a strong passion for guest service. 3-5 years previous Full service restaurant management experience Able to work 50-55 hours per week across multiple shifts Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members Current ServSafe Certification Must have a valid driver's license
