The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation (three years preferred), but all bar candidates with the motivation to learn and ability to handle a trial docket are encouraged to apply. We seek applicants best described as follows: Positive attitude, litigation prowess, and a genuine desire to try cases. Ability to manage a full caseload in a face-paced environment. Self-motivated with the desire to handle all aspects of cases from intake through disposition. Ability to handle daily court proceedings, motions practice, filings, and ongoing casework. Detail-oriented. Excellent self-awareness and mastery of "soft skills." Skilled at interpreting social cues from judges, opposing counsel, and clients. Able to independently address any issues that arise during a case. Coachable and self-reflective with a commitment to achieving the best results in a client-focused practice. Ability to confidently yet humbly win over clients and juries in the litigation environment. Exceptionally skilled at written and oral communication.
