  • Interview potential new clients
  • Maintain case file and guide clients through the personal injury process
  • Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements
  • Draft pleadings, motions and other court-related documents
  • Manage all aspects of discovery and ensure deadlines are met
  • Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and trial
  • Conduct effective legal research and motion drafting
  • Must be current member in good standing of the Utah bar
  • At least one (1) year of litigation experience handling Personal Injury cases
  • Must be professional, polite, and attentive
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have competent computer and word-processing skills
  • Must be able to multitask and meet appropriate deadlines
