Compensation:
$140,000+
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough client intake interviews to understand their legal needs and provide initial guidance. Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, advocating for fair compensation for clients. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for court proceedings. Manage litigation processes, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Maintain open and clear communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their legal journey. Participate in team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights for continuous improvement in legal practices.
Qualifications:
Requirements :
Membership in the Utah Bar. 0-15 years of civil litigation experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage and supervise support staff as necessary. Positive attitude and ability to work well with a variety of other people. Exceptional work ethic, high motivation, and eager willingness to work long hours when necessary. No disciplinary record.
