Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and reconcile complex bankruptcy ledgers to ensure absolute financial accuracy. Accurately apply and track pre-petition and post-petition payments in strict compliance with bankruptcy laws and investor guidelines. Utilize Black Knight MSP to manage, update, and audit loan records throughout the bankruptcy lifecycle. Identify, research, and resolve ledger discrepancies, payment misapplications, or suspense balance issues. Collaborate closely with internal bankruptcy teams, legal counsel, and trustees to ensure seamless loan servicing. Prepare detailed ledger histories and financial breakdowns for court filings or internal audits as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Encompass experience preferred
Specific Qualifications:
Must have direct, hands-on experience with Black Knight MSP. 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry Experience in bankruptcy ledger accounting, for both pre-petition and post-petition payments. Strong mathematical and analytical mindset capable of auditing line-by-line financial transactions.
