We specialize in personal injury cases, including car crashes, truck crashes, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, facility cases (medical and non-medical), and more. Our attorneys are recognized by various prestigious organizations and have been faculty and co-deans of national trial colleges where we've taught attorneys from across the Nation how to try cases. - Conduct thorough case evaluations and legal research to determine the viability of personal injury claims.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school by state you are hired for (Utah, Arizona, and/or Idaho). Admission to the bar in [hired on State]. 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation matters preferred. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. $90,000- $135,000 per year (based on experience) plus quarterly performance bonuses
