Personal Injury Attorney The Schriever Law Firm | Spanish Fork and Lehi, Utah About The Schriever Law Firm Schriever Law Firm is a growing Utah law firm focused on personal injury and family law. We are committed to providing excellent legal representation while building a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a Personal Injury Attorney who is organized, strategic, and committed to achieving strong outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate enjoys managing cases, working collaboratively with a legal team, and taking ownership of their work. Position Summary The Personal Injury Attorney will manage a caseload from intake through settlement or litigation, working closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure cases move efficiently and clients receive exceptional service. This position is ideal for an attorney who wants to practice law in a collaborative environment where systems, teamwork, and client service are priorities. Responsibilities Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through resolution or trial Evaluate liability, damages, and case value Develop case strategy and negotiate with insurance carriers Draft and review demands, pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed Advise and communicate with clients throughout their cases Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants to keep cases progressing Ensure deadlines are met and files are well documented Contribute to improving firm processes and maintaining high-quality work product Qualifications Active member of the Utah State Bar Personal injury litigation experience preferred Strong legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills Ability to independently manage multiple cases and deadlines Excellent communication and client relationship skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience with Filevine or similar case management software is a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Takes ownership of their cases and follows through on commitments Works well with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff Communicates clearly with clients and colleagues Is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Values continuous learning and professional development Is committed to providing high-quality legal representation About Our Culture Our work is guided by five core values: We Want to Win We Value Time We Lead with Knowledge We Work as a Team Client Success is Our Success We believe the best legal outcomes come from preparation, collaboration, and accountability. Pay:
$150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
