A boutique law firm is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain broad exposure to multiple areas of law while developing strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, memoranda, agreements, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.

Review contracts, records, discovery, and other case materials.

Assist with litigation, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

Support transactional and advisory matters as needed.

Manage multiple assignments and deadlines across various practice areas.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Utah State Bar or eligibility for admission within an acceptable timeframe.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and work across different areas of law.

Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and take on increasing responsibility.
