Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law cases Manage and maintain a caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases. Conduct legal research, prepare documents, and negotiate settlements. Represent clients in family court proceedings, hearings, and mediations. Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in family law Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in arguing motions. Adherence to ethical standards.
