Responsibilities / What
You'll Do Represent clients in immigration matters before USCIS and Immigration Court (as training and experience allow). Prepare legal strategies, applications, motions, and supporting documentation. Conduct legal research and case analysis. Work closely with paralegals, supervisors, and senior attorneys. Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout their cases. Collaborate with senior attorneys on negotiation strategies for client settlements or agreements across various legal disciplines Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and eligible to appear before immigration agencies and courts (ACTIVE BAR). Strong legal writing and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Passion for immigration law and serving immigrant communities. Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
