Established (40+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for Commercial and Land Dispute Litigation in Woodbridge, Virginia!

An established commercial real estate law firm based in Woodbridge, Virginia with over 40 years in practice is seeking a Commcercial Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team hybrid in Woodbridge, VA!This role will focus on complex real estate litigation, title litigation, trust and estates litigation, eminent domain litigation, and business disputes, with additional opportunities involving real estate transactions and land use-related matters.
Offer:
Salary range: $130,000-$180,000+, contingent on experiencePerformance-based mid-year and year-end bonusesPaid time off and holiday payMedical, dental, group life, and long-term and short-term disability insurance401(k) savings plan with profit-sharing
Qualifications:
4+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving real estate litigation, title litigation, trust and estates litigation, eminent domain litigation, or business disputesActive Virginia Bar admission in good standingExperience with real estate transactions or land use matters is beneficialFamiliarity with Northern Virginia courts is preferredStrong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage complex litigation matters with attention to detail and sound judgment
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in complex litigation matters involving real estate, title disputes, trusts and estates, eminent domain, and business disputesDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other litigation-related documentsConduct legal research and develop case strategies for litigation and advisory mattersAppear in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and other litigation proceedingsWork closely with partners and clients on case management, dispute resolution, and litigation strategySupport matters involving real estate transactions, land use issues, and related commercial disputes as needed
