Job Description

We are looking for an attorney to join a commercial litigation practice in Bedford, New Hampshire. This role is well suited for a lawyer who enjoys managing sophisticated business disputes, contributing meaningfully to case strategy, and working closely with colleagues in a collaborative setting. The position offers substantial client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to build hands-on courtroom and litigation experience in a fast-moving practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Represent businesses and other clients in commercial litigation matters involving complex corporate and contractual disputes.
  • Prepare and refine key litigation documents, including complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and related court filings.
  • Manage all phases of discovery, including written discovery, document review, and electronic discovery coordination.
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies supported by clear, persuasive written analysis.
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances as needed, while assisting with broader trial preparation efforts.
  • Work directly with clients and internal team members to evaluate risks, address legal issues, and move matters forward efficiently.
  • Balance multiple active cases in a deadline-driven environment while exercising sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills.
