The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, writing, and analysis, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court proceedings, and drafting legal documents. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic and successful law firm.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Must be barred in Virginia or pending result Prior law firm experience is not required Passion for litigation and trying cases in court Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts. Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda. Attend court hearings and depositions. Advise clients on legal matters. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel. Analyze case law and statutes to determine the best course of action for clients.

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
