Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our complex civil litigation department. We represent numerous individual and corporate clients on complex civil litigation claims ranging from contract, personal injury and/or tort claims and are looking for a teammate to grow! The candidate will be responsible for assisting on all matters including managing a separate case load. There will be significant courtroom time as this position is a litigation (not transactional) opportunity.

Job Requirements:

Virginia Bar License 0-1+ years of relevant experience Great attitude and personality Honest and hard working Great communication skills Strong legal research and writing skills Strong desire to litigate Some familiarity with Virginia procedure and civil litigation is a bonus but not required

$72,000 - $110,000
