To be considered, candidates must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and strong communication skills. You must be self-aware and able to work both as part of the team and independently and with a variety of individuals. WE ARE The Shaheen Law Firm is a Virginia-based firm with offices in Richmond, Midlothian, Virginia Beach, and Newport News.
THE ROLE
Advises clients on legal issues related to deeds, title transfers, mortgages, and construction Negotiates the terms and conditions of real estate transactions Evaluates risk in real estate documentation and advises client accordingly Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions Ensures appropriate approvals are in place before transactions are executed Manages regulatory and compliance-related services Represents the client in purchases and sales of properties Able to work on multiple deadline-driven tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environmentTHE QUALIFICATIONS
Juris Doctorate Five years of residential real estate practice in Virginia Knowledge of residential real estate transactions Licensed by the Virginia State Bar Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills Customer-service driven Proficient with Microsoft Office programs Ability to convey information effectively and accurately both verbally and written Professional manner and appearance Team playerWE OFFER
