Job Description
Shulman Rogers is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Baltimore or Tyson's Corner office. This role focuses on construction law, including disputes involving contracts, mechanics liens, delays, defects, and high-stakes business matters. The ideal candidate can independently manage cases from pre-suit through trial, including motion practice, depositions, and discovery, while contributing to case strategy and client advocacy.
