) Premier Firm Seeking Real Estate Attorney for Commercial Real Estate Transactions in Woodbridge, VA! An established firm based in Woodbridge, VA with over 45 years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Transactions Attorney with 3-10+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement in Woodbridge, VA! This Attorney will have experience with commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions and sales, development agreements, easements and covenants, leasing, financing transactions, condominium and homeowners' association formation, and mixed-use development projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing developers, lenders, buyers, sellers, and landowners in complex real estate matters.
