Immigration Attorney

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced bilingual Immigration Attorney to join our supportive legal team in Woodbridge, Virginia, on a full-time basis.
Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of experience in immigration law.
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active Bar License in good standing from any US state (VA/MD Bar highly desired).Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in additional languages being a strong advantage.
Knowledge of immigration law and immigration court procedures.
Legal experience in immigration bond hearings, removal defense, and business immigration (L, H, B, E visas, I-140s, PERMs, etc.).Positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
Willingness to travel to detention centers housing immigration detainees to meet with clients if necessary.
Responsibilities:
As an Immigration Attorney at our firm, you will:
Manage multiple cases and provide legal representation to immigrants facing removal proceedings before the Immigration Court.
Meet with clients, advise them on eligibility for relief under immigration laws, and prepare applications for filing with USCIS and Immigration Court.
Represent clients before various government agencies.
Be open to working in any other area of law that the office deems necessary.
