The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to provide quality legal services and support to our clients. Duties Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Draft, review, and revise legal documents including demand letters. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented. Provide legal advice to clients . Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and assist in trial preparation when necessary. Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas. Pre-litigation and litigation work on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Assist lead attorney as well as working independently on writing demands, respond to and make requests for discovery, negotiations, etc.
