About the
Opportunity:
Our client offers a robust platform designed to help partners scale their practice and maximize their earning potential. The firm is known for its exceptional client service, sophisticated work, and a collegial environment that fosters cross-selling and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a sophisticated employment law practice, advising clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters (e.g., wage and hour, discrimination, non-competes, counseling, and litigation). Provide strategic counsel to employers across various industries. Mentor and develop associate attorneys. Actively participate in firm-wide initiatives and cross-selling efforts.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the State of Washington (active and in good standing). Significant experience as an Employment Law Partner or Senior Counsel. A portable, verifiable book of business of at least $350,000 is required. Proven track record of business development and client retention. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Why Consider This Move?
