What You'll DoManage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.

Serve as a strategic advisor to clients while developing and executing case strategy.

Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, and oversee all phases of discovery.

Take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and appear at hearings.

Collaborate with clients, attorneys, experts, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.

Mentor and support less experienced attorneys as appropriate.

Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Play an active role in complex litigation matters and trial preparation.

What We're Looking ForJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.5+ years of civil litigation experience preferred, though accomplished litigators at various levels will be considered.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and lead litigation strategy.

Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience.

Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
