Position OverviewThe Employment Litigation Attorney will represent employers in a broad range of workplace disputes and employment-related matters. The ideal candidate will have experience managing litigation from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.

ResponsibilitiesDefend employers in state and federal employment litigation mattersHandle claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, leave and accommodation matters, and other workplace disputesManage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, written discovery, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiationsConduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsRepresent clients in administrative proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC, Washington Human Rights Commission, and Department of LaborAdvise employers on employment law compliance, workplace policies, employee relations, and risk management issuesAttend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedingsCollaborate with partners and clients to achieve favorable outcomes and provide exceptional client serviceAssist with business development and client relationship management efforts

Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range:
