The Digital Banking Specialist is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of digital banking channels such as online banking, mobile banking, and digital payments.Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the testing and implementation of all digital banking products. When new products are on-boarded, this position will review and test prior to the customer go-live date. 2. Monitor existing digital banking channels for updates with the bank's core processor and vendor 3. Generate reports for monitoring customer data and feedback to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital banking initiatives. They work to ensure seamless integration of digital banking with other aspects of the business. 5. Manage digital banking platform specs. 6. Ensure digital banking platforms are smooth and seamless when new locations are acquired. 7. Identify system issues and follow up with appropriate parties to ensure the appropriate corrections are made. 8. Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of all digital banking platforms within the bank. 9. Possess and maintain a high level of knowledge of all regulations that impact digital banking platforms.Experience :
At least 1 year of bank experience. Experience with Fiserv and Q2 valuable.Job Type :
