Job Description

The Attorney will join a medium-sized litigation team specializing in defending medical negligence actions. The role demands extensive trial involvement and requires an attorney with a strong background in litigation, capable of managing cases from inception to completion, including jury trials. The ideal candidate will have outstanding research, writing, and organizational skills, contributing effectively to the firm's trial-focused environment. Responsibilities Manage cases from inception to completion Prepare for trials and participate in jury trial representation Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings Consult with clients and manage discovery processes Negotiate settlements and appear in court Produce clear and persuasive legal writing Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience Admission to State Bar and active state bar license Proven trial litigation experience
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
