In this pivotal role, you'll support the preparation, quality control, and delivery of personal injury demand packages to insurance carriers. This full-time, in-person role operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation:

$21 hourly

Responsibilities:

Review demand letters and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness Verify medical summaries, damages calculations, policy limits, and client information prior to submission Identify and resolve inconsistencies or missing information with Demand Writers and Case Managers Contact insurance adjusters to verify preferred methods of demand submission Maintain professional relationships and communication with insurance representatives Update and maintain negotiation records in case management software (Filevine) and other internal systems

Qualifications:

Experience in reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness Ability to verify and validate medical summaries, damages calculations, and policy limits Proven track record of identifying and resolving inconsistencies in documentation Strong communication skills to maintain professional relationships with insurance representatives Proficiency in using case management software, such as Filevine, for updating records Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work with confidence About Company Skinner Accident and Injury Lawyers is an established and growing law firm that has earned the trust and respect of the community it has served for nearly 50 years.
