Job Description
Charleston, West Virginia personal injury firm seeks recent graduate or an attorney with experience of one to three years for an associate position. Criminal, civil, and bankruptcy practice. Job duties include drafting and answering discovery, attending court hearings and depositions, and client management. Must be licensed to practice law in West Virginia or be eligible to obtain law license in West Virginia. Gain valuable litigation experience, work in a relaxed atmosphere with ample opportunity to grow and earn bonuses
