Schedule & Pay Pay:

$13.00 per hour

Shift:

Every Saturday & Sunday Hours:

2:00 PM - 9:00 PM What You'll Do As a Family Services Associate, you'll help ensure guests feel safe, supported, and cared for by: Greeting and assisting guests, visitors, and donors with exceptional customer service Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and common areas Restocking supplies and assisting with meal and snack preparation Entering guest information and maintaining accurate records Coordinating with volunteers and supporting daily operations Providing tours for visitors and assisting with special events and fundraising activities Responding to guest needs with professionalism, compassion, and urgency Monitoring the facility and reporting maintenance or safety concerns Following all safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and HIPAA guidelines What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Two years of nonprofit, hospitality, customer service, healthcare, or related experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of sanitation procedures, PPE, and HIPAA guidelines is a plus Why Join United Talent?
