Position:
Assistant Public Defender - MUST
HAVE AN ACTIVE WEST VIRGINIA BAR LAW LICENSE.

The Public Defender Office, with offices located in Martinsburg, WV, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of full-time Assistant Public Defender/Staff Attorney. Experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in West Virginia and be in good standing with the State Bar.
