Key Responsibilities As a Network Attorney, you will: Provide estate planning, business formation, and asset protection services to referred clients. Qualifications We're seeking attorneys with the following credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing. 3+ years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law. Familiarity with special needs planning and Medicaid planning (preferred). An established private practice. Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus).
