Description Dreamscape Learn, a pioneer in the realm of immersive virtual reality learning design, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment while assisting our legal department with a variety of projects and tasks. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to legal research, contract analysis, compliance issues, and other critical areas within the education technology sector. As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with our legal team to support ongoing projects, review and draft legal documents, and help ensure our operations comply with relevant laws and regulations. Roles & Responsibilities Assist with legal research on various topics relevant to the company's operations and compliance. Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and completeness. Support the preparation and maintenance of legal documentation and databases. Assist in responding to legal inquiries and requests for documentation. Conduct due diligence and gather information on legal matters. Attend meetings and take detailed notes for discussions. Collaborate with team members on special projects related to the legal function. Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and legal trends that may impact the organization. Requirements Currently enrolled in the second or third academic year of a Juris Doctor (JD) program. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
