Intake & Conflicts Clerk Adams & Martin Group - 3.8 Los Angeles, CA Job Details $48,000 - $75,000 a year 11 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Intake & Conflicts Clerk Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious Downtown Los Angeles law firm to find an organized and detail-oriented Intake & Conflicts Clerk. This role supports the conflicts and onboarding team and is integral in reviewing candidate conflict disclosures, conducting conflict searches, analyzing search results, and assisting with the firm's new hire clearance process. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Review candidate conflict disclosure forms and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with ethical and firm standards. Perform new hire conflict checks utilizing firm databases and established search procedures. Apply Boolean search techniques to identify potential conflicts of interest. Analyze and filter search results using internal records and external research resources. Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiting contacts, attorneys, and administrative staff regarding conflicts-related inquiries and follow-up requests. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conflicts review process. Assist with onboarding, intake, and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Professional discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Customer service mindset with the ability to respond effectively to urgent requests. Flexibility to work additional hours when business needs require. Preferred Experience Prior experience working in a law firm or professional services environment. Familiarity with conflicts, intake, or onboarding processes. Experience with legal software systems, document management platforms, and billing databases is a plus. Knowledge of Intapp, 3E, iManage, or similar legal technology platforms preferred. Salary Range:
$50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
