Job Description

West LA Clerical Support (Legal Department) - Part-Time Temporary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Clerical Support professional to provide administrative support to senior leadership. This is a long-term, part-time onsite for someone with 2+ years of clerical or legal assistant experience supporting executives. Experience in a legal, compliance, or corporate office environment, with Adobe Acrobat and an Associates degree or above preferred. This is a great opportunity to gain legal administrative experience for a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. Must reside near West Los Angeles. Please submit your resume for immediate consideration. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support. Process mail, invoices, timesheets, subpoenas, and other records requests. Manage and route internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with meeting, training, and event logistics. Perform data entry, prepare draft correspondence and reports, and support special projects as assigned.
Schedule:
4-5 hours per day, Monday-Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00
