Job Description Collaborate with legal teams to address regulatory and compliance issues. Provide guidance and support on legal documentation and contracts. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the business. Assist in preparing reports and legal summaries for internal stakeholders. Conduct research on legal matters and offer recommendations for risk mitigation. Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of legal activities. Work cross-functionally with other departments to support business objectives. Handle any additional legal support tasks as required. The Successful Applicant A successful IGR Specialist should have: Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance in the business services industry. Ability to travel monthly for day trips and overnights. Proficiency in legal research and documentation preparation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in legal matters. Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
