Review vendor invoices for accuracy and payment processing, and identify discrepancies for follow-up. Follow written and verbal instructions, protect confidential information, and support efficient records management. Perform general clerical duties, including typing, answering phones, and assisting with related team projects as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including accurate spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Ability to read, understand, and follow business procedures and written or verbal instructions. Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and follow through with minimal ongoing supervision. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and time management.
