About the Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Law Student Intern to join our hospitality team in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for a current law student who is interested in gaining practical experience in a fast-paced hospitality and restaurant business environment. The Legal Intern will work closely with our management team and assist with day-to-day legal matters, documentation, research, compliance, and administrative legal tasks related to our business operations. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day legal and administrative matters. Conduct legal research and summarize findings. Assist with reviewing and organizing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Help maintain and organize legal records and documentation. Assist with business licensing, permits, compliance, and regulatory documentation. Support the management team with legal-related requests and projects. Assist with preparing correspondence, notices, and other business documents. Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding legal and compliance matters. Research hospitality, employment, business, and regulatory requirements as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally. Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or legal studies program. Strong interest in business, corporate, employment, hospitality, or regulatory law. Strong research, writing, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Professional communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
