Palm Harbor, FL Job Details Full-time $19 - $21 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Opportunities for advancement Life insurance Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Productivity software Office experience Full Job Description Florin Roebig , a civil trial firm, plaintiff oriented, focusing in personal injury, medical malpractice, employee rights, property loss and damage claims, product liability, and construction negligence cases, has full time positions (benefits included) available for Intake Specialist / Legal Support in our Palm Harbor office.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and set up new cases in our case management system (Salesforce) Support the intake process, including filing, data management, and correspondence Speak directly with potential clients walking them thoroughly though an intake questionnaire to gather pertinent information Monitor and track the status of intakes to ensure timely progression through the initial stages Maintain and organize legal files throughout all stages of the case Draft routine correspondence and assist with document preparation Coordinate scheduling and assist with pre-litigation case preparation Communicate with clients to provide updates and collect necessary information Interface with third parties such as vendors, contractors, and insurance reps Support attorneys and team members with general administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher a plus Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal support or professional office setting Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or legal case management systems is a plus Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting a collaborative team Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills for client and internal communication
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
