Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Overview We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Office Support Worker / Customer Service Specialist to support Florida high school and college students with questions related to scholarships and grants. This position requires strong communication skills, patience, computer proficiency, and the ability to remain calm and professional when assisting customers. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist students with questions regarding scholarships and grants. Provide professional, courteous, and accurate customer service. Handle customers who may be stressed, upset, or have urgent questions with patience and professionalism. Use computer systems to access and document customer information. Follow established procedures and guidelines when assisting callers. Maintain a professional work environment and dependable attendance. Perform general office and customer support duties as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in a professional work environment . At least 6 months of customer support experience preferred . Ability to speak and understand English clearly. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressed or upset customers. Comfortable using computers and standard office applications. Strong employment history and job tenure. Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | 40 hours/week
