Job Description
We are working with a leading healthcare regulatory organisation to recruit a Legal Administrator to join its Legal and Governance function. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual looking to develop their career within a professional legal and regulatory environment. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across a range of legal, regulatory and governance matters, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Legal and Governance team across a range of regulatory and legal matters. Maintain accurate electronic records, case files, databases and document management systems. Assist with the preparation, formatting and organisation of legal and regulatory documentation. Coordinate meetings, hearings, case reviews and other legal or regulatory activities. Monitor deadlines, actions and key milestones to ensure matters progress within required timescales. Assist with the collation and preparation of information and documentation for legal and regulatory cases. Liaise professionally with internal teams, legal professionals, regulated professionals and other external stakeholders. Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and in accordance with data protection requirements. Support the production of reports, correspondence, meeting notes and other documentation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems within the Legal function.
